Our quality framework

Face Yo does not use 'expert review board' as a list of fake doctors. Instead we offer an editorial quality framework: content consistency, source accuracy, cautious language and avoiding user misleading.

App video content is prepared with safe movement principles and clear guidance. The website science section states research limits clearly. Both channels complement but differ.

Review process

Before new science pages publish, source verification, language consistency and exaggerated claim checks occur. Policy pages are reviewed for editorial standard compliance.

Updates depend on triggers: new peer-reviewed publication, changed guidance or reader feedback. The process is internal; we do not offer unverifiable external 'seal of approval' claims.

What we do not claim

Face Yo does not claim medical endorsement, clinical trial outcomes or individual doctor guarantees. Phrases like 'expert board approved' are not backed by non-existent names.

Face yoga results vary individually. Our quality framework aims to offer consistent, safe practice—not miracle outcome promises.

Content areas

The framework covers science pages, policy pages, app descriptions and marketing copy. Editorial policy defines editorial standards; science pages define source transparency.

Blog and focus area guides are educational; they do not prescribe medical treatment. Face yoga research and facial muscles exemplify science content.

Transparency

We want users to understand what Face Yo offers and does not offer. Science section, app and policy pages together provide transparency.

For questions use FAQ and Face Yo app support channels. For health concerns consult appropriate professionals.

Face Yo approaches this topic as daily wellness practice; individual experiences may differ. Gentle pacing, controlled breathing and moving without straining the face are core principles.

Our content draws on peer-reviewed sources but does not replace medical advice. Stop if you feel discomfort and consult a professional when needed.

Regular short sessions may be more sustainable than intense infrequent practice. The Face Yo app helps you choose personal pacing and focus areas.

Our science pages do not list in-app exercises one-to-one; they provide conceptual framing. Use guided videos in the Face Yo app for practice.

Outcomes should be considered alongside personal skincare, sleep, sun exposure and general health habits. Face yoga alone is not a skin treatment.
